Wire Pay off system

Pay off system is usually according to the type in the picture, pneumatic lifting pulley, convenient wire threading.

Boron coating system

The upper part of boron coating system is boron coating function, and the lower part is automatic drying function.

Drawing drum

The drum of drawing machine adopts narrow slot water cooling, which has good cooling effect. And it is not easy to enter the dust. The drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating to prolong the service life.

Tension device

The last drum adopts tension tuning, drawing is stable, and the groove is also sprayed with tungsten carbide process. Machine can be broken line detection and automatic stop; any drum positive and negative point movement and left and right linkage.

Cleaning wire system

The finished wire will pass through the cleaning device after drawing, and the finished wire is clean and smooth without impurities.

Wire take up system

Take up system can choose coil type or bobbin type,the size can be customized according to requirements.
